What do I need? To have a video appointment with PMG you'll need a mobile device, tablet, or laptop with a good camera, working microphone, and reliable internet connection. Please also have a valid photo ID ready, such as a passport, driver's license (including provisional), UK Disabled Driver Card, or Military ID Card, to present before your consultation.
What if I need to see a Doctor in person? PMG's online video consultations enhance the care you receive at your surgery. While you can still book in-person appointments with your regular doctor as usual, we may also be able to arrange an appointment at our clinic, if available.
